Aileen Ebbeson

Aileen Ebbeson went home to be with her Lord Jesus Christ on August 30, 2008. She was born December 14, 1929 in Laurel, Montana to Joseph and Bernice Dennis. She was married to Donald Ebbeson on July 5, 1950 in Walla Walla, Washington. After his death in 1975 she returned to school and received an accreditation in medical records. She worked at Western State Hospital in Lakewood, Washington for a number of years. She moved to Salem when her granddaughter was born. Aileen was very involved in the Lutheran Church wherever she lived. She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and actively researched her family genealogy. She loved her two dogs, Tiger and Kushka. She is survived by two sisters, Marjorie Page of Phillipsburg, Montana and Elleanor Lemons of Pendleton, Oregon; and one brother, Otis Dennis of Kennewick, Washington. Her sister, Hazel, preceded her in death in 2004. She is also survived by her three children, Donald (Joan), Joseph, and Jaemie (Bill). She had one grandchild, Kristin, whom she adored. Memorial contributions in Aileen's honor may be made to Peace Lutheran Church. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 20 at Peace Lutheran Church, 1525 Glen Creek Road NW. in Salem. Arrangements by Restlawn Funeral Home. Home.
