Alfred Langdon Lea

August 2, 1941 — January 1, 2021

Alfred Langdon Lea, 79 was born in Hattiesburg, Mississippi to Lt. Col Ellis Lea and Letitia Wireman Lea.  Al was a devout Christian and was never afraid to share his faith to anyone who needed it.

Alfred retired as Chief of Building Management at the VA Hospital in Roseburg where he spent 25 years of his career and Lt. Coln in the Active Army Reserves.

Alfred loved the outdoors, shooting, hunting fishing, running, and going for walk.

He captured everyone with his wit, contagious smile, and genuine soul and he impacted anyone who ever knew him.

Alfred is survived by this wife of 55 years, Sammie Lea (Salem), 2 daughters Deborah (Kelly) Breeding; Tricia (Andrew Kershaw), 4 grand children Chris Breeding, Anessa Galloway, Brandon (Crystal) Josifek and Amanda (Alton) Alexander and 6 great grandchildren.
