Dianna passed away peacefully Monday morning July 19, 2010 surrounded by family and friends. She was born in Salem to Byron and Sandra Badham. She grew up on Macleay Road and attended Auburn Elementary School, Parrish Middle School, North Salem High School, and graduated from Barbara Roberts High School. Dianna spent many years raising her children, then working in retail and customer service. She most recently worked at the Oregon State Hospital where she made many friends and considered them family. She also had a special connection with the clients residing there. She enjoyed camping, swimming, sewing, gardening, and riding her one-speed bicycle. But most of all she enjoyed time with her children and grandchildren. Dianna is survived by the love of her life, Bruno Kowert; sister, Kimberly (Heath) Solomon; brother, Byron Badham, Jr.; daughters, Nichole (David) Smittle, Tiffany (Wayne) Listner, Jennifer; and son, Joshua (Angela); three grandchildren, Calvin, Nathan, and Cloie; also many aunts, uncles and cousins. A celebration of Dianna's life will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2010 at the home of her sister Kim, located at 17835 Arbor Grove Rd. NE, Woodburn, OR 97071.
