F. Leon Phillips

F. Leon Phillips, 85, of Keizer went to his Heavenly Home on January, 1. He was born November 3, 1929 in Alikchi, OK. Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Juanda; son, William and his wife Malia Phillips, of Keizer; sister, Mary Lay, of Salem; granddaughters Adrienne, Abbie, and Amy; great grandson Harper. A memorial will be held Monday, January 12 at 1 p.m. at Capital Baptist Church.
