Franklin (Frank) Delano Britton, 76, passed away on May 9, 2010 in Portland, Ore. He was born in Hico, Texas. Frank worked and retired from a Mallories Dairy. All his brothers and he were named after presidents. He once received a letter from President Roosevelt wishing him great success in his life. He enjoyed traveling, farm work and family; he was just a simple country man. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Molissie and George Britton; his wife, Betty Jean Britton; and brothers, GW Britton and Herbert Britton. He is survived by stepchildren, Wendy, Leslie and Randy; six step-grandchildren; sisters, Josephine Steele of Greenville, Texas, and Catherine Sowell of Atlanta, Texas; nieces, nephews, cousins in Texas and South Dakota; and special friends, Wally Jenson and Deanna Moore/family.
