Gerald Homer "Jerry" Zielinski

July 18, 1940 — December 4, 2016

Gerald passed away peacefully in his sleep from complications of dementia. Born July 18, 1940 to Homer J. and Dolores M. (Ullman) Zielinski. Jerry lived in the Willamette Valley his entire life. In his younger years he worked for the Oregon Dept. of Agriculture as a meat inspector. He had many business interests including restaurants, concessions at the Oregon State Fair, and Mr. Z's Tax Service in Keizer. He also was on the Keizer Chamber of Commerce and the tax consultant board.

He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Patricia Zielinski, and his four children, Daniel Zielinski of Keizer, Donald Zielinski of Stayton, Theresa Zielinski Speis of Albany, and Bill Zielinski of Dallas. Step-daughters, Tammie Overton of Corvallis, Barbara Millius of Lebanon, Johanne Lang of Dallas, and 20 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.

Services will be on Friday December 16, at 10:00 a.m. at Restlawn Memory Garden's and Funeral Home. Donation's may be made in Gerald's name to Willamette Valley Hospice.
