Harold Willard "Sonny" Teacutter Sr. Harold Willard "Sonny" Teacutter Sr. October 21, 1941 - March 27, 2010 KEIZER - A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 1 at Restlawn Funeral Home in Salem for Harold "Sonny" Teacutter who lost his battle with cancer at the age of 68, on March 27, 2010, in his home surrounded by his family. Sonny was born in Vandalia, Mo. to Cecil and Ruby Teacutter on October 21, 1941. He married Ivy Clara Wilcox on October 26, 1963 in Monterey, Calif. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Ivy Teacutter of Keizer, Ore.; son, Harold Willard Jr. and wife Erin Teacutter; son, Sonny and wife Becky Teacutter; and daughter, Evelyn "Missy" and husband Jim Simpson; 9 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; sisters, Nona and Clifford Collins, Fay Teacutter, Rachel and Tom Harlan, Bonnie and Bob Ridgway, and Jo Holt. He joined the military on January 31, 1960 and served two tours in Vietnam. He served his country for 24 years and retired in Oregon in 1984, later working in the tire industry. Sonny will be best remembered for spending quality time with his kids and grandkids. He is preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Ruby Teacutter; in-laws, Chester and Evelyn Wilcox; and infant son, Harold Wayne.
