Ismael A. Mendoza was born in Guanajuato, Mexico on the 13th of December, 1945 to Prudencio Mendoza and Maria Luz Arreola Mendoza and entered into rest on March 18th, 2016 in Salem, Oregon.
Ismael worked for Boise Cascade as a Lumber Mill Operator and retired after providing 44 years of service.
He enjoyed a vast array of hobbies and interests that included, but are not limited to: softball, running, riding his Harley, and staying active in his personal religion.
He is survived by his daughter Sara Mendoza Antillon, sons Adan and Marcos Mendoza, granddaughter Gracie Hernandez; he is also survived by his brother Tirso Mendoza, sisters Juanita Rivera, Elena Ramirez, Angie Conchenour, Ester Victorio, Teresa Reyna, brothers Ramiro Mendez and Domingo Mendez Jr., sisters Elvira Salinas and Olga Gonzales. He is preceded in death by his brothers Joel and Elias Mendez.
A public visitation will be held on Friday the 25th of March at 12:00pm with a service to follow at 2:00pm at Restlawn Funeral Home.
