Jason Kristopher Orpilla Nov. 20, 1979 - Oct. 31, 2010 SALEM - Jason was a collector of so many things, ranging from hot wheels to vinyl records. He was an avid gamer and loved tattoos. If he was not at the tattoo parlor getting a new tattoo, you could find him at home re-arranging his large collection of Star Wars figures, playing video games with friends or watching cartoons with his daughter, Jaddet. Jason often worried that people would judge him based on his tattoos and piercings, but, once you got to know him, you quickly realized he was a big kid at heart with the kindest, most gentle soul you would ever meet. Jason was very rich in friends and will be greatly missed by many. He was preceded in death by his father, Daryle and sister, Angie. He is survived by his daughter, Jaddet, who was his pride and joy; his fiancee, Angie, the love of his life; his mother, Judie; sisters, Tina, Marcy and Kristin; brother, Brian; stepmom, Elene; and many nieces and nephews. Just like a lyric from Jason's favorite band, SUBLIME, "Just let the lovin' take a hold, cuz it will if you let it". Cherish the ones you love while you can. A celebration of Jason's life will be held from 1 - 4 p.m. on his 31st birthday, Nov. 20, 2010, at the Keizer Heritage Community Center, 980 Chemawa Rd. Keizer, Oregon.
