Margaret Aileen Moore Margaret Aileen Moore March 5, 1922 - April , 2009 SALEM - Margaret Aileen Moore was born in Bloomfield, Nebraska on March 5, 1922 and was married to Horace (Hokie) Moore for 68 years. In 1959, Hokie and Aileen moved to Salem, Oregon with their six children and began a ministry in the Baptist Church. In 1971, they moved to Fairbanks, Alaska where they served in a church for the next eleven years, before returning to Salem. She was a homemaker who enjoyed painting and quilting as a hobby and ministered along side of her husband. She is survived by her husband, Hokie Moore of Salem; her sister, Wanda Mowat of Salem; her daughter, Rhoda Bath of Idaho; her son, Lowell Moore of Washington; her daughter, Gloria Shepherd of California; 10 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by her sons Norman, David and Brian Moore. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 29 at the First Baptist Church in Salem, Oregon.
