Marjorie J. Weber

June 1, 1930 — November 4, 2011

SALEM - Marjorie outlived the expectations of her doctors - her strong will and determination forged early in life, carried her through this past year. Marjorie was a devoted mother who truly loved her family. She raised four children Kathy, Chris, Rhonda and Gary. Once her children were raised, she returned to school and got an associated of arts college degree going on to become a counselor at Oregon School for the Deaf. She enjoyed her job immensely. Simple things made mom happy: being with her husband Chet, having visits from her children, her grandchildren and her great grandchildren. She treasured spending time with her lifelong friend Billie Jean McKnight. Mom liked watching soaps, going out to eat, spoiling her pets and discussing politics. Mom believed in (and exhibited) a high moral standard. She spoke of life after death and being reunited with those she loved. We know she is now pain free and peaceful and will be greatly missed. Services at Restlawn Memory Gardens, November 11th at 1:00 p.m.
