Patricia Jean "Pat" Wiebe

Patricia J. Wiebe went home to her Lord November 7, 2014.
Pat was born in Muskogee, Oklahoma and came to Oregon as a teenager. She was a telephone operator when she first started seeing Paul. Even though she got off work at 10:30 p.m. and he started work at 7:30 a.m. they did not let that stop their courtship. Paul says he didn't get much sleep during this time. They were married June 19, 1948. Over the course of their marriage of 66 years, they traveled together. Pat moved over to work for the Oregon State Police where she worked for 17 years, right up until retirement, and oh yeah, she had four boys along the way.
Pat was a member at Salem First Baptist Church for many, many years. She loved to draw and was a fantastic cook.
Pat is survived by her husband Paul; sons Mike, Mark, Joe and his wife Theresa, and Dave; grandchildren Josh and his wife April, Luke, Adam, Katelyn, and Kelsie; and great grandson Nick.
A memorial service will be held Friday, November 14 at 1:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Salem, Oregon.
