Richard was born February 7, 1916 in Murdock, Nebraska, the son of Herman and Hattie Wallinger Kuehn. A Salem, OR resident, he is survived by his wife Wanda M. Kuehn. Funeral services with military honors Saturday, December 18, 2010, 1 PM at Restlawn Funeral Home in Salem. Interment at Restlawn Memory Gardens.
