Robert Lynn White

Robert (Bob) White passed away peacefully at his home in Salem, Oregon and is now home with the Lord. Bob was born on January 10, 1956 to Richard and Barbara White. He grew up in Nampa, Idaho with his three brothers Ed, Gary and Doug. He started working at the young age of seven and developed a good work ethic that he maintained throughout his life. In 2009 he married his wife Janice (Jan) Mahugh and moved to Baker City. He drove bus for Community Connections NW and Settlers Park. In July 2014 Bob and Jan moved to Salem, OR. Bob was a loving and gentle husband and a very proud father of his children Brandon, Eric, Ingrid and Sara and the proud grandpa to his grand daughter Diana. Bob loved to camp, enjoyed lake fishing, going for drives and spending time with his family. He enjoyed Mariners' ball games and watching the Boise Broncos. He volunteered for Meals on Wheels and Disabled Veterans of America. Bob was a selfless man who never had a bad word to say about anyone. His gentle spirit and sweet nature will forever be missed.
Bob is survived by his wife, Janice White, his parents Richard and Barbara White, his brothers Ed, Gary and Doug, his children Eric White and his wife Sara, Brandon White, Ingrid Freese and Sara White, and his grand daughter Diana White.
There will be a celebration of his life February 7th at 2:00 pm at the Baker City Faith Center on 1839 3rd Street, Baker City. A reception will follow at the Baker City Community Connections / Senior Center 2810 Cedar St, Baker City.
