Ron was born January 5, 1947 in Salem, Oregon. He passed away December 13, 2023 at Salem Hospital. Ron married Colleen Buren (Wargnier) on September 16, 2020 in Carson City, Nevada. He leaves behind four children: daughter, Tami (Dave) Weaver of Johnsburg, IL; son, Todd Buren (Nikki) of Anchorage, AK; daughter, Melonie Buren (Alen) of Turner, OR; and daughter, Angie (Eric) Wargnier of Bend, OR; and two grandchildren.
Ron was a 1965 graduate of North Salem High School, and served in the US Navy from July 1971-July 1973. Ron had a stunning 50-year career as a flooring contractor. He enjoyed Corvettes and his Harley. In his retirement, he enjoyed going to the casinos to play slots.
Celebration of Life will be held at Restlawn Funeral Home on what would have been his 77th birthday, January 5, 2024 from 2p.m. - 4p.m.
