Sharon Lee Zwaschka

Sharon Lee Zwaschka, 86 years of age, passed on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at Salem Hospital. She was the wife of Edward James (Jim) Zwaschka of Dallas, Oregon. They shared 68 years of marriage together. Born in Independence, Oregon, she was the daughter of Ethyl and Homer Plunkett. She graduated from Salem High School in 1950. She was employed by Salem Public Schools as an administrative assistant. During retirement, Sharon and Jim spent many years enjoying their motorhome. They spent the winter months in Arizona and returned to Oregon in the summer to fish on the Oregon Coast. She had a fondness for Miniature Schnauzers.Sharon is survived by her spouse Jim, children, Holli, Garry (Starla), Larry (Jon), and Miniature Schnauzer Hildy.Sharon’s life will be celebrated by a private family gathering, no services are planned. In lieu of flowers remembrances to Oregon Humane Society are suggested.Restlawn Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
