Shirley was born November 7, 1930 in Porterville, California, the daughter of Ben and Lillie Baird Jones. A Salem, OR resident, she was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband Charles D. Burt. She passed away in Salem on December 28, 2010. Interment was private at Restlawn Memory Gardens.
