Shirley Grace Winn | Visit Guest Book Shirley Grace Winn June 17, 1930 - June 29, 2010 KEIZER - Shirley Grace Winn, age 80, went home to Heaven on June 29, 2010. She was born on June 17, 1930 in Grays Lake, Illinois, to George and Dorthea Rife. She later moved with her family to Independence, Oregon, where she helped her folks with their family farm and graduated from high school. She was married to Brent Winn, and she made her home for 52 years in Keizer, Oregon, where she raised her three children. She was a wonderful Mother and Nana.devoted to her family, strong in spirit, quick to laugh and always ready with a hug. She will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered. Shirley is survived by her children, Denise Slocum, Laura Winn, Jeffrey Winn, Theresa Winn; and her three grandchildren, so dear to her heart.Kelsey Jeanne Slocum, Janelle Kate Winn and Olivia Grace Winn. She is also survived by her faithful, little dog companion, Duffy. A celebration of her life will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, July 9, 2010 at Restlawn Memorial. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a remembrance can be made in her name to Meals on Wheels.
