Theophile "Phil" Sedlock

Phil was born July 8, 1923 in Westville, Illinois to Katrina and Joseph Sedlock. He passed away on Friday November 5, 2010 at home in Salem, Oregon. Phil graduated from Illinois State University and was employed with State Farm Insurance for 43 years, retiring in 1988. He was a licensed chartered life underwriter. He enjoyed fishing, playing golf, and gardening. He is survived by his wife Linda; daughter Cathy Fallin (Claude); son Michael Sedlock (Carol); grandchildren Kristen Fallin, Josh Fallin, Sarah Sedlock, Alyson Sedlock; and his great grandson Lucas Cone; and his cat Tommie. Special thanks to Odyssey Hospice and all of Linda's PEO sisters. Funeral services will be held at Restlawn Funeral Home on Friday, Nov. 12th, 11 AM.
