Thomas W. Pryor of Dallas, Oregon passed peacefully in his sleep on Friday, January 4, 2019 at the age of 83. He was born on a rabbit farm in Bend, Oregon on January 9, 1935 to Harry and Claire Pryor. When Tom finished high school he joined the Army serving his country during the Korean Conflict.
He married the love of his life, Blanche Samson in 1956 in Bend where their sons Michael and Tommy and daughter Vickie were born. Blanche, Tom and the children moved to Dallas, OR in 1964 where he owned a Chevron Station in Rickreall and later worked for Rickreall Farm Supply until he retired. Tom enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Blanche and sons Michael (Trythena) and Tommy; 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Tom is preceded in death by his daughter Vickie.
A memorial service will be held on11:00am; Friday, January 25, 2019 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Dallas, OR : 320 SE Fir Villa Rd. Restlawn Memory Gardens and Funeral home is caring for the family.
