Victor Samual Garcia

Victor S. Garcia, born April 12th, 1936 to Peter and Josephine Garcia in Belvedere, CA, left this world on November 5th, 2017 in Salem, OR at the age of 81. Victor served LA County as a police officer for many years after his graduation from High School and the Police Academy. He married Marjorie Bakke in 1968 in Downey, CA and had 3 sons together. He was passionate about old cars, Studebakers, and history.
Victor was proceeded in death by his wife Marjorie Garcia, and is survived by his daughter; Nancy (Julian), his sons; Kevin (Melody), Kraig, and Keith (Sarah), as well as 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He will be missed.
