Wendy Nicole Burrows

Wendy Burrows was a loving wife, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and friend. She passed away after a short battle with cancer on Sunday, August 26, 2018 at OHSU at 33 years of age. She was born in Salem, OR and spent most of her life here except for a year in Texas. Wendy worked many places during her life, including Dairy Queen, Rockin Rogers, Oregon School for the Blind, Traeger, Security Alarm Co., Convergys and PGE.
She truly enjoyed her husband John’s humor, traveling together, singing karaoke, animals and helping others.
Wendy is survived by her loving family; husband John Burrows; parents Jerry and Kay Nichols; sister Sara Long; brother Darin Nichols (Danielle); adopted brother Matt Dunn (Tracy); nephew and nieces Austin Bradley, Jessica Bradley, Bethany Bradley, and Aezlynn Nichols; many aunts, uncles and numerous close friends.
She is preceded in death by grandparents Juanita and Robert Janes, Bonnie and James Nichols and uncles Darrell Janes and Steven Nichols.
A memorial service will be held 11AM; Saturday, September 1, 2018 at the West Salem Four Square Church. Restlawn Funeral Home is caring for the family.
